Regarding Norman Maas's question: "Can buyers search these listings and buy without paying the outlandish fees that brokers demand."

Yes, contact information for all of our customers is displayed on our site, and buyers can reach them directly if they wish. Buyers who are more comfortable working with a buyer's agent can call the agent of their choice from any company, as all buyer leads that come to us are re-directed to the seller. Our customers do not pay us a commission regardless of how the home sells.

Our current customers, sorted by county and city, are at http://www.mls4owners.com/mls_listing.cfm, or you can search all the listings of all the brokers at http://mls4owners.com/start.cfm?pageid=4 .

Can buyers search these listings and buy without paying the outlandish fees that brokers demand. A standard 6% fee on a $400,000 home would result in $12,000. How about giving us a $750 fee, too?

A friend of mine just sold a house in Seattle area through AdaptRE.com. He liked it a lot. It’s a flat fee full service brokerage and they only charge $750.00 for everything they do.
I’m going to use them myself.
