A California based flat fee mls website that I’ve personally found helpful in answering some of my questions is e-liststate.com which offers mls listings in numerous counties across California. Prices start at $179 for realtor.com only, and $399 for local MLS listings. They also offer one of the best coverages available for California’s local MLS associations.

I recently noticed that they currently are offering local MLS listings for $249 and now offer listing in 2 MLS organizations for $399.
