This firm offers Flat Fee MLS listings throughout New Jersey from $395 for a basic listing and $495 for a Realtor.com Showcase listing. There is not much detail on their site as to other products that they offer to comment on. Of particular concern (as of this posting 9-7-08) is their “Get Pre-Approved” page. While it does say that a social security number is not required, the mere fact that they will take your social security number on a page without an SSL Certificate (it’s not https) is not good and we recommend use of this site with extreme caution.
