Flat Fee MLS Listing

Missouri residents have two choices to list their home on the MLS and Realtor.com.  In the St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield areas, home owners can get their house listed for $299 while maintaining their For Sale by Owner Status and receiving state mandated minimum services like assistance in accepting offers and writing counter offers.  For $500 up front and 1/3% at close, St. Louis area residents can get listed on the MLS, Realtor.com and STLToday.com.  Plus an experienced agent will come to your house to assist with staging, pricing, listing contracts and will enter your house into the MLS while you wait.  Finally, for 1/3% of the sales price at close, they will negotiate the contract on your behalf and take care of all your closing paperwork.  With both programs you can save on the buyer’s agent commission if you sell your house on your own. Johnson Realty has been highlighted in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, St. Louis Magazine and the St. Louis Business Journal.
